Window Film in Summerlin, Las Vegas

Office Window Film in Summerlin Office Parks

Summerlin has become one of the valley's main office markets outside the resort corridor. Buildings around Downtown Summerlin, along Town Center Drive and near the 215 hold corporate offices, medical groups, financial firms and professional practices. Most are two- to five-story buildings with large insulated glass, often facing west toward the mountains.

Tenants in those buildings complain about heat and glare at west-facing desks and conference rooms. Property managers need any film to match across suites and meet the building's design standards. We work with management on a single film specification, install after hours and leave the data on file so future tenant improvements can match.

Window Film for Downtown Summerlin Retail and Restaurants

Downtown Summerlin's outdoor shopping district, plus the strip centers along Charleston, Sahara, Fort Apache and Town Center, have shops and restaurants with full glass storefronts. Retailers there want displays visible from the walkway while slowing fading on merchandise. Restaurants with patios and big windows want guests at the window tables comfortable in the late afternoon.

Light, low-reflective solar films are the usual choice. They cut heat and glare without making the storefront look closed. For shops that change displays often, decorative and printed films can add seasonal branding that comes off cleanly.

Medical and dental practices are a large part of Summerlin's commercial mix, around Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and in office buildings throughout the community. Their requests center on frosted film for exam rooms and lobbies, and solar film on waiting rooms that face west.

Summerlin Homes, Red Rock Views and HOA Design Review

Summerlin is a Howard Hughes master-planned community with design guidelines and review processes, and many villages have their own associations on top of that. Custom homes in The Ridges and Red Rock Country Club, tract homes in newer villages and the active-adult homes of Sun City Summerlin all have rules on exterior appearance.

Homeowners usually want two things: keep the view of Red Rock and the Spring Mountains, and stop the great room from overheating every afternoon. Spectrally selective films do both, with a near-neutral look from outside that fits most design guidelines. We supply data sheets and samples for any application your association requires.

Glare and UV Film for Summerlin Golf Course Homes

Homes along the golf courses in Summerlin face open fairways that reflect a lot of light, and many have large walls of glass. Glare on TVs and screens and fading on floors and furniture are common complaints. Light glare and UV films keep the fairway view while softening the brightness.

Summerlin sits a little higher than the valley floor and its west side can run a few degrees cooler, but the sun is just as strong. Winter mornings can be cold, so homes with older glass sometimes benefit from low-E film as well.
